Shipping Policy
We carefully prepare every order to ensure it arrives beautifully and on time.

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and
holidays. Processing times may vary based on availability.

Shipping Methods & Rates
We ship within the United States via USPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout
based on the total weight of your order.

Delivery & Tracking
Estimated delivery timelines are provided at checkout. Once your order ships, you’ll
receive a tracking number by email. Orders containing multiple items may ship in
separate packages.

Special Shipping Considerations
Some products contain materials that must ship via USPS Ground Advantage in
compliance with federal guidelines. Certain makeup and FX products may be sensitive
to extreme heat or cold; we are not responsible for damage caused by temperature
exposure during transit. Please review individual product pages for details.

Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. However, we’re here to help if
something isn’t right.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your online order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at
info@atlanta-costumes.com within 10 days of delivery. All returns require prior
approval.

Approved items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging,
with proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following items are final sale:

• Makeup and cosmetics Special FX products
• Shaving and grooming tools
• Facial hair
• Gift cards
• Sale, clearance, and discontinued items
• Hazardous or flammable materials
• Any item that has been opened, used, damaged, or altered

Refunds & Exchanges
Once an approved return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original
payment method within a few business days. Exchanges are only available for the same
item when applicable.

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. We
recommend using a trackable, insured shipping method.

In-Store Purchases
In-store purchases are eligible for exchange or store credit only within 10 business
days, with proof of purchase.
