How to Apply
Email info@atlanta-costumes.com with:

•  Full name, email & phone
•  Shipping address
•  Credentials (see below)

Credentials:
Submit one of the following:

•  Cosmetology / esthetician license
•  Professional portfolio website

OR two proofs of work (past 6 months):

•  Paid invoices
•  Call sheets

All documents must show your name and valid dates.

If you already have an in-store Pro account:

1. Create an online account using the same email
2. Email info@atlanta-costumes.com to upgrade to Pro
